Im almost 34 weeks, the last few days I've had intermittent period type feelings in my pelvic area (very short and i wouldn't say painful, just noticeable), baby is very very active and my boobs are leaking a lot more than usual. Does this mean anything? I don't know if the feelings I'm getting down below are just babys head engaging more or what, just wondered if it's a sign of anything or just normal lol

It's most likely your body preparing for labour. You'll know if real contractions start.

I had a premmie with no pre-labour signs (straight into contractions) and a full term with shit loads of pre-labour signs for weeks and weeks!!

Rest and drink plenty of fluids.

It does sound like your body getting ready. What that actually means though is hard to say. I had exactly this last week at 35 weeks, but the period cramps would go on for hours. I had one night when I woke up and they were painful enough I had to focus on breathing through them. I've also had loads of nausea, low back pain, etc. I did get things ready just in case, but so far so good. My first came naturally at 37 weeks so it's always been my fear that the 2nd would be even earlier. I'm 36 weeks (37 weeks on Monday) and actually this week I've felt much better and baby is still happy in there. So fingers crossed it's the same for you. I had no signs with my first (even though she was early ish) other than about 2 hours of cramps about 5 days before. I've felt loads more this time, but I think that might just be second babies.
