Stomach pains

Hi all,
So I'm 30 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and I've been having period like pains on and off for 4 days now, it generally feels like I'm going to bleed if that makes sense, I have also had lower back pain aswell, I'm not sure what types of stomach pains are normal during the third trimester, I don't no whether it's something I should phone the maternity ward about, so I'm just after some advice on what I should do, thanks

If in doubt your always best to seek advice. End of pregnancy can bring many aches and pains including Braxton hicks ( practice contraction) which it very may well be , but I would just ring your unit they may well ask to see you just incase.
