Symptoms at 4 weeks

I'm a little worried because I haven't really been getting that many symptoms apart from the odd cramp and feeling moody.
My boobs aren't hurting at all and I don't need the toilet any more than usual. I also have no nausea/sickness at all.
I did a FRER on Friday which was 1 day before my period was due and it was a clear line. I've also done some less sensitive tests since then such as Boots own brand they have come up fainter.
I'm now 3 days late and hoping I am pregnant but I just don't feel pregnant at all. Is this normal at 4 weeks? My last pregnancy was so long ago that I've forgot!

Totally normal to not have symptoms at 4 weeks! I had absolutely no symptoms at all apart from a bit of tiredness until after 5 weeks. Then boobs started to feel tender and got worse each day. Exactly 6 weeks nausea started and yesterday at 6+1 was the first time I was actually sick. And this is the earliest my symptoms have ever kicked in.

I know it's so difficult not to worry though, and it doesn't help that so many on here seem to have symptoms before they even get a bfp! And as for the tests, frer are so much more sensitive than other brands so try not to worry, the best thing to do is step away from the tests or at least stick to the same brand for consistent progression!

Congrats OP Thanks

I've never had 1st trimester symptoms so not feeling any thing yet is normal. And 4 weeks is extremely early anyway. Very early testing is quite a recent thing so many people wouldn't even know they were pregnant at this point Smile
