Nub theory accuracy

We’ve just announced our pregnancy on Facebook and I’m feeling pretty annoyed that someone has commented with their theory on our baby’s sex based on the nub theory (we posted a scan picture). I didn’t ask or want to know the sex. How accurate are is this theory?

Everybody said girl for mine... it’s a boy!

Thank you, that’s good to hear. We’re having a section so it was the one surprise we wanted to keep.

Was wrong for me too.

It’s at least 50% accurate I’d say just by probability. When people post scan photos on Facebook I always try and guess from skill shape when I initially see the photo but then give it no more thought and totally forget so others may too.

Maybe more accurate than thought if someone has an eye for it (most wont though). www.ingender.com/Gender-Ultrasound/Nub-Theory-Accuracy.aspx
