Mostly on right side of bump, sometimes all over.
Really Sharp, stabbing pains. Usually goes away within an hour once I'm resting/sitting down. Can be really intense.
Anyone else have this? What can I do to help ease the pain?

I had this! Only way it stopped was to walk through if i could or stop but it would restart every time i started walking! It has eased off now though so i'm wondering if it was maybe the way the baby was laid.

I have this all across the bottom of my bump! If I hold it when I walk (looks dramatic) it eases so I think a bump support band would do the trick!

I have this, on right side of bump and under bump. Mainly when walking and also when swimming. Midwife said it was just stretching.
Sometimes it has lasted up to 3 hours and really worried me, but I'm now 27 weeks and had these pains since 19 weeks. Apparently all normal.

Sometimes a gentle belly rub helps. If its really bad I use a hot water bottle on side of bump or even on my lower back just to try and relax which appears to help a little.
