Morning Sickness

On Thursday morning I had a positive pregnancy test, not only will this (hopefully) be my first child it is the first positive result I have had. Since Friday I have had some spotting but also an upset tummy. Until today I had not had diarrhoea but have have some looser movements. I have felt a little nauseous but not been sick. Is an upset tummy normal and is it just my bodies version of morning sickness? Has anyone else been like this so early on?

Hi there and congratulations.
I am 7 wks today this will be number 3.
I didn't have any bottom end problems with the other two but with this one I do keep having loose stools. .
I am on a group chat for September babies and a few ladies there also suffering bottom end issues. So I guess it'seems normal.
