Should I go to hospital?

I’m very early pregnancy, around 5 weeks, I’m high risk miacarrage as I’ve had 2 previously ( although I’m a healthy 20 year old woman). I had scan and bloods done at EPAU yesterday, scan showed only thickened womb lining and bloods came back pregnant but low levels. Pregnancy test came back positive. Nurse advised due to low levels in blood, to expect third miscarriage. This morning I’ve woke up in agonising pain, I can’t even lie still in bed, the pain is so sharp I’ve cried, I’d rate it 9/10. Also bleeding has lightly started, purple/brown/red colour. I’m lying here with hot water bottle unable to even toss or turn not to mention get out of bed. Is it worth going to hospital? The nurse told me to call if I bleed/have pain but is there anything they can do? Or is it putting my body through unnecessary stress by leaving the house and waiting?

So sorry you’re going through this. Only thing that would worry me is that they’ve definitely ruled out an ectopic?

Agree with welsh - with that level of pain I’d be concerned about ectopic pregnancy, so I’d call in just to get checked over. Hope you’re ok, I’m sorry you’re going through this Flowers

@welshweasel nurse said my blood levels are on low side so an ectopic is unlikely, don’t know if that rules it out though but she didn’t seem too concerned xo

@teddyisahe yeah that’s what I was thinking, not sure if my bloods were too low for it to be ectopic?( if that’s possible)

I’d give them a ring and ask for advice. It’s what they are there for.

I called and she said take pain killers etc and if it’s still really bad to come in. I just don’t understand what they can do now it’s most likely already began
