How early can I find out the sex (private scan)

Hi all I'm really eager to find out the sex of my baby asap and also just to see lil baba again! I'm 12 + 4 weeks now and saw lil baby last week and loved every minute xx

Think it's around 15 weeks by private scan

The private scan I went to did it at 16 weeks

A harmony test will tell you from 10 weeks onwards

From a scan, 16 weeks. Harmony test is earlier though.

I found out the sex of all of mine by private scan at 12 weeks but that was the Fetal medicine Centre in harley street which has the best machines and highly trained sonographers. It may not be the same elsewhere.

You can have a very educated guess at the 12 week scan. Do your have your pics? I had mine last week and it looks like another boy

I was scanned in state-of-the-art NHS fatal medicine centre of excellence by experienced consultant.

He could do an 'I think it's probably' at 16 weeks, but only said he was sure at 20. Yes, the 16 week prediction was confirmed at 20 weeks and correct.

I think 16 weeks is when they can reliably tell unless scanned by an ultra high tech machine.
