ANTI NAUSEA BREATHING TRICK - changed my life!

Hi all

Thought I'd share my fabulous discovery!

I've been throwing up between 2 and 5 times a day (particularly end afternoon and evening) for the last 2/3 weeks. Absolutely miserable.
Well...I have not vom.ed once in the last 2 days and would like to share the relief!

The trick is:
When I feel nausea welling up, I draw a few deep breaths using my tummy (you should really make your tummy baloon out). This creates a sort of stomach massage that completely anihilates the nausea/wretch!!
I still need to do the frequent small meals thing, but at least I'm keeping the food down and can barely feel the nausea!

I got this tip from my brother, who goes through very nauseous periods (sometimes weeks) when he's stressed.
Now I would be really interested in your feedback, does it work for you too or does it only apply to my family??

xx
PS: I have never had the "straight out of bed sickness". Mine would start about 1h after I was up and worsened during the day. So maybe it only applies in this sort of pattern... not sure, let me know

another good one that i use is nose/mouth breathing which they teach post-anaesthetic patients.

It worked for me the other day during a migraine
