I've had 2 kids and my pelvic floor has been fine, I could trampoline, skip, run, cough and sneeze without any issues.. now I'm 16 weeks and I have an annoying cough and the slightest cough I find my pelvic floor gives way-arrrgh! Will it return to normal after the birth? Is it just a case of constant pelvic floor exercises or is there anything else I could do to help?
