Can I politely request that people read this before asking if it’s ok to eat custard/sweet and sour chicken/supermarket salads:
www.nhs.uk/chq/Pages/917.aspx

As somebody with a history of pregnancy difficulties and miscarriages myself I completely understand anxiety around pregnancy, but really when it comes to food the guidelines are very straightforward.

I don't think packaged/sealed custard and sauces would cause miscarriage.

Wrt packaged salads: make sure they're in date and washed (even if the label says 'pre-washed')
