Worried about my dates

Hi

I was absolutely sure about my dates. 7weeks 4days today. I just had a scan and my little one is measuring 6weeks 1day and I'm worried that if I'm right about my dates which I'm sure I am, that the baby is not growing as it should be and something might be wrong/go wrong?

Does anyone know if this is normal and whether it is common for the baby to catch up with what size it needs to be further into the pregnancy?

That early it's easy to get dates wrong. I had my 12 week scan today, I had a scan at "6weeks" but I was 100% sure I couldn't be. Anyway according to them dates I would of been 11w6d today, my scan today put me at 13w0d, I'd wait until your 12week scan hun. Honestly a mm or 2 can drastically change your dates that early.
