Hi all,
I feel like my right leg has been mauled by a tiger, the sole of my right foot is numb/ burning and it feels like someone is flicking a sharp rubber band inside my right bum cheek, GP said it's sciatica and to take paracetamol but paracetamol isn't touching it...
Any advice on what might help?

I had this; my midwife referred me to a physiotherapist which worked wonders. They gave me exercises I had do daily.

Try the clam exercise, Pilates (with a proper pregnancy instructor), go swimming (or just go to a pool and enjoy the weightlessness). I had it for the duration of my pregnancy and was on all kinds of painkillers, all prescribed to me. I had no choice- I was in tears and in such a bad place because of it. Hugs to you. Xxx

I have sciatica as part of the SPD pain in experiencing and I've been revered to physiotherapy. Ask your GP yo refer you too as they'll help you in terms of exercises and support belts or crutches depending on what you need.

Go to an osteopath.
