Bleeding at 10+4

I’ve had scans at 6, 8 and 10w due to previous miscarriages (3) all has been ok but I’ve just been to the toilet and had some red blood when I wiped. An implantation bleed was seen on every scan but I was told if that was to come away it would be brown spotting, this is red - the sort of red you get on the first day of your period. Has anyone else had this and it not been a bad sign?
I’ve had only one successful pregnancy and didn’t bleed at all with her. My miscarriages were all earlier than this though so I don’t have anything to compare it to.
I’m able to be scanned at EPU at 6:30 just looking for possibilities positive or negative in the mean time

I had a massive red bleed in my third trimester with DC2 so entirely different, but it was really scary, so I can understand how worrying this must be for you
