Ladies anyone here sleep on their back. I'm 29weeks trying to sleep on my side but finding I'm waking up on back. I read that irs not good espec in 3rd trimester

If youre really concerned, try putting a pillow behind you. Assuming you roll over when you wake up, i don't think lying on your back from time to time is going to do any harm.

Try a Dream Geeni pillow
It stops you rolling onto your back but is a bit of a faff to untangle yourself from when you want to roll from your left to right side or back again

I think the official advice is not to worry if you wake up on your back, but always go to sleep on your side
