Hi okay so I'm getting really bad morning sickness, I'm constantly being sick.. but it means I'm not eating enough or eating healthy enough that I'm hungry.. is there any food suggestions to try?

It all depends. Everyone is so different.
With me - both times I used to get it if I didn’t eat - if I waited till I was even a little bit hungry - it hit like a train.
So - I preemptively are a bit.

For me it was carbs that helped. First pregnancy it was plain sphaghetti. Second - plain rice.

It’s all trial and error.

And sometimes - it just is like that.
I used to carry airline sickness bags everywhere and used them in various places.
One memorable one was sitting on a floor at Bangkok airport as hundreds of people were streaming by.
Happy days....

It all passes and you forget!!!!!
Good luck

Mine is salt and vinegar crisps a chewing gum helps.
I wore travelsickness bands with my 2nd pregnancy as was bad and they helped.
It'seems just finding a food that helps for you as we are all different.

For me the thought of most food makes me feel sick, but chocolate, cake and ice cream always seem to go down alright! I was really worried about this though as I was already a risk for gestational diabetes due to family history, but my results for that were fine. When I spoke to my midwife she just told me not to worry and to eat whatever I can stomach, but try to control the sugar a bit more. Like she said, babies are basically parasites and are very good at getting what they need.
Also, if you have a fleeting moment of not feeling sick try and get some healthier food down you then. I eat lots of fruit on the less bad days (more sugar haha) so I know I'm at least getting some goodness

Ready salted hula hoops. Lifesaver. I have hyperemesis and it's all I could keep down for weeks
