Burst blood vessels?

Has anybody managed to burst nearly every blood vessel in their face through vomiting? I'm fairly sure that's what's just happened to me
Genuinely look like I've gone a few rounds with Mike Tyson! It's all over my face, including eye sockets and forehead. When will it go away?! (Pic for help!)

Yeah that's pretty extreme but quite common, it's from the stress of retching etc.

When you have been sick use a cool cloth on face and just lay it on the skin, aloe Vera works too and soothe the site. Maybe also speak to doctor or midwife who could help with anti sickness meds

Thank you! I'm 34 weeks and this is the first time I've been sick, so quite lucky I suppose (minus the state of my face). I'll try the aloe vera, had a cool cloth on it for ages so hopefully that works too.
