Bleed

Hi, I had a positive test last Wednesday. On Friday I experienced some cramping and then quite a heavy fresh blood bleed. It was short lived but I'd say heavier than the expected "spotting".
I haven't had any bleeds since.
Just wondering if it's ok? This is my second pregnancy and didn't experience this in the first.

I would say tell your GP and request an early scan. May be nothing, but fresh red blood is never good in any stage of pregnancy especially before 12 weeks. 💐

I'd only be around 4 weeks. Can they can a baby at this stage?

It could well be implantation bleeding at that stage.
