Cramp that won’t go away? 13 weeks

I was sitting watching tv and suddenly got a cramp In my lower tummy and top of my legs, it’s aching and uncomfortable but not painful. It hasn’t gone away at all and it’s been 40 mins. Usually if I get cramps they come and go. But this is different. Is it normal? I am 13 weeks

Cramping is meant to be not if it gets worse ring 111 if it'll put your kin at rest.
