Unexpectedly pregnant (Despite mirena coil) with number three. DD’s are 3 and 1. I’m bloody terrified. Mostly about coping with the age gaps.
Can anyone share any happy stories? Everything I’ve read about going from 2-3 is that it’s chaos and harder work than 1-2 (which at the moment I can’t even imagine! I’m only just sleeping through the night again...)

Help please! Is this a really bad idea?!

I'm in the same position so can't offer any advice but just to say I'm pretty scared too!! And that you're not the only one!

Thank you. I hope you’re ok. It’s just such a shock! I’m sure it’ll all be fine, but I just want to hear someone say that having three kids under 5 is brilliant and not hard work at all 😕😕😕

I’m in this position too! DCs are 2 and 4 and number 3 is due in a few weeks. I’m so worried about how I’ll cope. All I keep thinking is how I can barely keep my sanity with 2 - what will 3 be like?!
On the plus side it’s so close now I’m also feeling excited to meet the baby - and the DCs can’t wait.
Fingers crossed someone comes along in a minute to tell us it’s a breeze.

Mine are 5.5, just tuned 3 and 13 months.
So I had three under five when baby arrived.
If you want me to say it’s a breeze then I will.
It’s a breeze!

Hi ladies i'my in a slightly different situation.
Expecting baby number 3. But my 2 children are much older 15 and 9.
So I am panicking about going back and starting over .

It is getting very very gradually easier though, and baby is lush, wouldn’t change her etc etc. But was still a bit of a shock to the system!

For me 0 to 1 child was the hardest, 2 to 3 was a doddle Smile I find also that being close in age is good as they play together and enjoy the same types of activity. If you want the baby you will cope just fine xx

I'm going to have 3 under 3 if this pregnancy works out.

I keep telling myself it will be fine, they'll all be friends and we get the baby years (and the chaos) done quickly :)
