Mirena coil or....?

Couldn't find a suitable topic to post this under, sorry!

Have had the mirena coil 3 times and now thinking about contraception again, pros and cons of mirena coil;

Pros; significantly reduced bleeding, which is a necessity for me, it's in for 5 years so don't need to worry or faff about with prescriptions making apps etc (very difficult at my docs), it's tried and tested

Cons; had breakthrough spotting between cycles, possible cause of greasy hair and bad skin (could have just had those anyway....) possible cause of mood swings, possible link to anxiety?

Wondering if anyone has any experience of contraception that offers similar pros? Or any experience of the mirena coil with these cons?

Anything that reduces bleeding will be hormonal and therefore carries all the same cons. For example the implant or injection. I love my copper coil as I can put up with the increase in heaviness and I like being hormone free.

I had the Mirena for 8 years before TTC and loved it. There are some hormones, so it's not right for everyone, but I'll be having another once this one is safely out!
