Hello all, I'm really nauseous and eating crackers helps but I am trying to be healthier and follow slimming world. Has anyone followed slimming world and come up with a good breakfast that helps nausea?

I have a gastric sleeve so my calories are really strict due to 70% of stomach gone but like SW I can eat what I want just in moderation. A typical breakfast for me is

Nutrigrain bar or brivita breakfast slices with a warm drink or coffee and a youghurt.

Plain simple and covers everything.

Watermelon is really good too as part fluid part food and also sweet so let's you relax your stomach.

Hope that may help in any way.

Can you stomach porridge? I usually have fruit and yoghurt when not pregnant but I find porridge is hitting the spot at the moment. Just had some with banana and blueberries. My nausea is easing off now (yay!) but in the early days I wasn't really having any breakfast, just some apple juice first thing to ease the nausea.

I haven't followed slimming world but still suffer now at 38 weeks with morning sickness!!
The only thing I can sometimes eat is porridge with blueberries.

Most days tho I can't even begin to think about breakfast so I always keep innocent smoothies in the fridge or make my own.
They have been a life saver for me in the morning. I know baba is getting goodness and I don't get that awful nausea.
