Currently 14 weeks exactly with my first 😍
I have never had this many spots 😭
Any recommendations on face cream/moisturiser? Preferably a leave on rather than wash off as I work long hours and would like to re apply in work 😘 x

I feel your pain! I'm now 30 weeks and still struggling with bad spots on my face! I can't recommend anything for during the day but every evening after I wash my face I cover my face in sudocrem and it seems to work a treat! Sudocrem is great for acne so definitely works and also leaves your skin soft! Drinking lots and lots of water helps too, and not too much sugar! X

It's a thing. Pregnancy acne. I don't want to alarm you but mine didn't even clear up after the baby was born.

Sudocreme does indeed rock

I wash the affected area with Neutrogena visibly clear pink grapefruit facial wash twice a day and it's really helped clear mine up. Mine is localised acne though rather than generic spots. Never had acne before in my life- ain't pregnancy grand?

I've switched to using Superdrug own brand tea tree face wash range, it doesn't completely prevent spots but I get less than I did before I switched. I realllllyyyy hope my skin goes back to how it was although I'm now left with scars from my spots.

Mario Badescu! The stuff is pretty expensive but the difference it made to my skin was phenomenal.

I dunno about creams but I use the hot cloth face cleanser from Aldi. It's only 3.99 and it's amazing. I use it twice a day and I'm really prone to spots, I am now down to 3 spots. It's a god send
