I had an ultrasound yesterday, I was exactly 11 weeks. Everything I’ve ever read or heard says it’s too early to tell the gender but I clearly saw 2 white lines!!! Does this mean a girl? I know it’s early but I’ve never heard of a boy having lines down there at any point in development so I’m feeling like it’s a girl.

The tech and I both thought we saw something in between the legs so she said if you want I can do a vaginal ultrasound to get a closer look. I was so excited bc I was thinking it was a boy (I have 2 girls), then when she did the vaginal ultrasound I saw 2 very clear bright white lines! Of course I’ll be happy with a healthy baby either way, we were just really hoping for a boy this time!

No it doesn't mean anything. They all look like girls at 11 weeks. It's only at around 12.5 that you can start to tell the difference.

All babies look the exact same at 11 weeks. It’s not until just after 12 weeks you would get a clue of the gender if you get the right shot and it isn’t a potty shot

I'd say there's a 50% chance!
