Hi everyone, I'm almost 24 weeks pregnant and I've been constantly getting colds throughout my pregnancy. I'm really struggling to shift them as so much medication isn't allowed. Any advice about natural remedies to take?

Lemon and honey works well, garlic and ginger and chillies.

Unfortunately in pregnancy our immune is down a bit so colds are our punishment - just rest up and get fresh air

Try honey and lemon in hot water. If you get a manuka honey it’s meant to make more of a difference. They have a manuka score on the front but be careful because the higher scores can get very pricey! It really helped me earlier in my pregnancy when I just couldn’t shift an awful cold. Also plenty of fluids and a good diet will help. Hope you feel better soon!
