Hello has anyone applied for this? I applied for mine on Wednesday and was just wondering how long it took to get the money in your account :)

Is that the one that's means tested etc?

I applied for one (I'm in scotland) and didn't get it first time due to their screw up and had to sort it all out but got it - think it's £500 or something?

You'll get a letter first either to confirm you can get it then normally within 80 days. (Mine was anyway)

Yeah it’s the £500 grant I’m from London wow 80 days seems like a long time to have to wait I have heard about with some people it only taking 2weeks

Yeah they screwed up bad and had me on 33,000 worth of benefits lol

Took proof, forms and royal mail to sort it out.

80 days was longest but after letter is received it's normally within 2 weeks.

Think you only qualify once for it but may again if next birth is multiples.
