I think it's only on early pregnancy it's not suitable. I drank from 35 weeks with all 3 pregnancies and had lovely fast labours and all born just before due date.

Raspberry leaf tea is safe to take while pregnant assuming you're otherwise healthy. Is it pure raspberry leaf or is there something else in it? It's quite possible they just have to have those warnings on them for liability reasons. I've honestly never read the label in any of the ones I used. But I used them in both my pregnancies from 30 weeks (both tablets and in tea) without any issues. I would just check that it's pure or if not (the tea likely will be mixed with something else), what it is and if it's safe in pregnancy. RLT itself is safe though in normal amounts (don't down the whole bottle, but take according to the label).
