Stomach/abdomen pains after bm

Does anyone else get this? Occasionally I'm getting cramp pains in my upper abdomen after a bowel movement and sometimes heartburn follows too... It's really annoying as the heartburn starts nausea off ? Is this normal or does anyone else have this?

When I need a BM I can feel the pressure of trapped wind and off I go to loo. Annoying but actually a good alert system for later on lol

Feels a bit like gargly stomach meets hunger pains lol
