Do I have to let tax credits know I'm on mat leave

We don't recieve payments as dp. Alone earns too much.. But because we did claim last yr they keep it open.
I have full pay for 3 months then smp do I still need to. Ring them so it's on the system? Even though earnings will still be over threshold ( unless his business makes a loss

You're still classed as working while on paid mat leave so I don't believe you have to tell them as nothing has changed as such. Bear in mind though that you can disregard 100 a week of income from mat pay, so your estimated income for this year will be lower. Probably won't make a difference if your earnings are way over threshold anyway, but just remember when it comes to your renewal :)
