Feeling scared

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and have had really severe lower back and lower stomach cramps since last night. Sort of like bad period pains where I'm doubled over at times. I wasn't overly worried as wasn't bleeding, however I had a bit of red blood this morning after going to the toilet. I spoke to my GP and am booked in for a scan tomorrow morning, I'm preparing for the worst but what do you all think? The cramps are still there, currently in my lower tummy but they move around to my back as well. No more bleeding though. I've already had 2 miscarriages and don't feel I can go through it all again :(

[Flowers] I hope everything is OK. Try not to worry if possible- there's unfortunately nothing you can do and nothing will be gained by worrying all night. Make sure you've got someone with you and try to distract yourself as much as possible. Sending hugs and positivity your way. x
