How late did you get your BFP

Hello lovely ladies, Did any of you get your BFPs after your period was due, and had negative tests before that? I’m 8 days late and have 8 BFN tests, not sure what’s going on xxx

Not personally,but my step dads sister took a test when she would have been about 8 weeks pregnant and it was negative - then months later gave birth on the toilet thinking she was constipated lol. Also a mother in my sons school was 9 months pregnant and everybody (including her) assumed she was just putting weight on, didn’t look pregnant at ALL! Anyway she found out during a scan for a bad back she was pregnant despite taking tests when her periods stopped - doctor told her stress etc can mess up her cycle. So it’s definitely possible but super unlikely!

BigBaboonBum Gosh those are very unusual! I’m sure my AF is hopefully on it’s way! I have only taken tests in the afternoon though - do you think this would make a difference?

I always got mine a couple of days before I was due on but suffered the no period/negative test anxiety several times. Ugh! The suffering! It always ended in a late period for me. But it's not uncommon for women to require a blood test to confirm a pregnancy where POAS is showing only negatives.

By now an afternoon test would still show a positive.
Still, you could do a first response in the morning, as a 'one more for the road'.

I did a test 2 days after I was due on and it was a pretty clear positive. I was still in disbelief so I took a digital the next day just to see the actual word 'pregnant'.

I had one at 18DPO and hadn't had a positive before. It did end in MC though.
