Rash on my face

I have a horrible hot, itchy rash which has just appeared on my cheeks over the last couple of days. It is dry and sore but also hot to touch and feels like it’s burning. I’ve taken an antihistamine and put Sudocrem on, any other ideas? I’ve got an appointment with the midwife tomorrow so will check then but anything else I can do meantime? I look dreadful - literally like this!

Slapped cheek?

Does it look like hives or is it more irritated skin?

Could it be heat rash - when I get that across my cheeks it's red itchy and lumpy?

Midwife will know what to do, maybe just try cool cloth or aloe vera?

Thanks, I’ve just googled (!) and it does look a bit like that but no other symptoms. I’m 32 weeks so doesn’t look like any immediate issue, I’ll check with the midwife and GP tomorrow. I just look a fright!

I did think it was heat rash but couldn’t work out how or why I would just have it there. It’s really weird. My t-zone is also very dry all of a sudden but not red or sore.
