16weeks and I've felt like that for ages. It's so annoying because I'll feel really hungry and actually find something I fancy, only to leave most of it because I feel so full.
Gaviscon does seem to help a little.

Can't help I'm afraid I'm complete opposite at 28 weeks. I've actually scared myself at how much food I can pack away.
But, my friend had the same, as things started getting more squashed inside she started eating less as she felt full very quickly.

I've been like this for a while too, apparently it's common as baby is taking up more space and squashing your stomach making it almost like a gastric band.

I'm 8+2 at the moment and have a gastric sleeve so I know exactly the feeling you are talking about.

I will advise if it's just a feeling of fullness then try and stay away from starch and carbs, they are the killers of my world and I'm full after 1 roast potato. Protien from meat and protien yoghurt and drinks are good easy foods to handle at this stage as well as stirfry you can are lots of flavour too with good veg etc.

Having a cup of tea is also a good trick, it acts like a natrual digestive for me and I eat about 7 small meals a day (brekkie, yoghurt, lunch, yoghurt, dinner, youghurt and protien drink at night for calcium intake)

Another thing is try chewing or sucking Bisodol tablets, had them last pregnancy and really helped shift some wind.
