Apart from Folic Acid should I be taking anything else? Partner is on internet too much!! He's saying Vitamin D and a Multivitamin?

Admittedly I don't eat that much fruit/veg but I am trying now I'm PG.

Folic acid and vitamin d are the ones recommended

A pregnancy vitamin has everything you need in and is cheaper than buying them individually if you buy a brand like Asda or Tesco etc

A multivitamin or pregnancy vitamin would include vitamin d. Iron is also important. If you can stomach it, get pregnacare max (usually on 3 for 2 at boots!). Good luck!

Healthy start in Scotland do pregnancy vitamins at £1.23 for 30 tabs, not sure about England NHS though.
Has vitamin D and 400mcg of folic acid.

I would take a pregnancy multivitamin, can be own brand etc only because during morning sickness time if I could only stomach bread or fancied just take away... Whatever helped the nausea, I knew I was having my back up bits... Obviously not relying on them the whole time but just when those nausea days were about...
