Sports bras

Does anyone have a recommendation for a decent sports bra? I run quite a lot but my boobs are pretty sore at the moment. I don't think my bra is going to cut it.

Panache do a great one, either wired or not. Shock absorber too

I started a thread on sports bras last year, see "Sports bra suggestions", and ended up with a Shock Absorber Run which I'm very happy with. I recommend you being measured for one as they seem to fit rather differently to normal bras. Good luck.

Thanks @Jolonglegs - in what way are they different? I was hoping to buy online.

First of all, check out the various bra intervention threads to make sure you're in the correct size bra. With the fitting, because they're made to compress and hold boobs firmly the fit feels different. Some people advise going down a cup size, though I didn't. Buying online is ok, but you must ensure that you can return if the fit doesn't feel right.
Hope this helps.
