Bubble feeling early pregnancy?

Hi I'm 6+2 weeks pregnant and for the last around 18 hours I've had 'bubble like' feelings in my lower abdomen. It's not painful whatsoever just slightly uncomfortable when it carries on for a few seconds at a time but it's literally like someone's in there blowing bubble gum bubbles and them popping! It comes every 1-4 minutes.
Is this normal or is it something to worry about?

Sorry didn't want to read and run. I think that is how I would describe very early movement but I think at 6 weeks it wouldn't be that as it's too early. Maybe check with the midwife.

That's baby!!!! I felt it at about 16 weeks, it kept happening and I kept scratching my belly thinking "that's annoying" then it dawned on me! The only way I could describe it was like fizzing/popping realllllly low down xx

Oh I've just read over it, I thought you said 16 weeks...6 weeks would be too early to be baby I imagine xx

Probably your uterus stretching to house the pregnancy. It makes a kind of bubbling/grinding feeling at times
