Err ...Fetus in pubic area?

Hi All,

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and was just wondering how low down the fetus can sit. I can feel it kicking but all the movement is in my pubic area. It literally feels as though if it were an inch lower it would come out! Has anyone else had this?

YES and it is quite low until about 20 ish weeks IIRC. I remember walking round shops when 21 weeks gone and felt a huge kick?? in that area and had to stop cos thought baby was on its way out!!!

Don't panic! I'm 27+4 and still get some really low kicks (well, punches!). SOmetimes it stops me dead and I think my waters will break any second! Was talking to a couple of girls at work the other day and they said they found this at times too when they were pregnant. When I first started feeling the kicks this was where I got them for quite a while. Its only been the last month or so that I've had the kicks higher up.

Me too! I'm 23 weeks and the baby quite often moves around in the pubic area. It does feel like it's about to fall out doesn't it!!
