Pressure in groin area and needing to pee

I'm hoping to get a bit of reassurance - I'm nearly 19 weeks and since last night have been getting a pressure in groin/pelvic area - basically just above my lady bits. It's most noticeable when I walk upstairs. I've also noticed that I'm needing to pee a bit more.

Is this normal round ligament pain or possibly something more serious?

I think might be the way the baby is lying or like u say ligaments stretching but if worried about call midwife or hospital

Thanks for the advice everyone - I was a bit worried so went to the EPU. It looks like the beginning of a urine infection as there was a trace of blood in my urine so I've been given antibiotics.

They also checked that my cervix was closed and the baby's heartbeat so it was a very reassuring visit.
