Anybody else do weird things like this?

Hi, I'm working from home and things are a bit slow. Baby keeps moving around, almost squirming which is funny. I'm 18+3 today and I'm looking forward to when we'll be able to see it move from the outside.

DS is on an inset day and is giving me very strange looks because I'm just sitting on the settee with my belly hanging out staring to see if I can see the movements from the outside LOL! (nothing yet btw).

Am I really really strange or do you guys do this too? I don't remember doing this with my other two!

Yes, did it all the time!

also did it after the baby was born, out of a sort of fascinated disgust at the "water bed" effect you could poke it and it was still rippling 20 seconds later

Yes, I do this to see feet sticking out. I also shout "watch!" to DH when i think it's about to happen.

yes i did this, it actually made DH feel sick because he just couldnt get his head round it! LOL!

I used to take great amusement in letting the cat sit on top of my belly and when DS kicked see the cat flinch and wonder what the hell was going on!
