I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I honestly feel like I've been pregnant for years. I'm fed up completely. I can't sleep, I feel sick, I have no energy and I feel like I'm never gonna give birth like I'm gonna be pregnant forever. And the thought of going over my due date horrifies me! Everyone says "you should enjoy this time" well I'm not enjoying it, I'm severely impatient and just want to have my baby!

Eek help! Just jiggled about joking to DH that I was going to do star jumps then jumped a bit ( now feeling like that was really bad to do)
Well, I thought I'd lost my plug but I had seen nothing as a huge thing came out with some fluid. Genuinely not sure if it was wee given all the jiggling etc! What to do? I'm lying down and will stand again in half an hour and see what if anything happens but am scared I'll have done the baby damage now

Hi @Mortigua how are you doing?

Still no sign of anything happening here, although I had loads of movement last night and baby has definitely moved lower down, I've got a lot more room under my ribs today. But no labour symptoms to speak of. I'm now 40+3 and booked for a second sweep next Wednesday!

I can't decide if I'm more fed up of being pregnant or the constant text messages asking if I'm still pregnant.

Hi Katmarie I am not Good! No labour yet and 41 weeks today. Have been having panic attacks and awful headaches just feel I've lost the plot a bit. Just booked acupuncture for today in desperation and thinking if nothing else it might help me calm down.
I've just been ignoring my phone and either texting or getting DH to tell people no I've not had it yet! I know it's not even rational and I'm not doing myself any favours but I'm finding I can't even cope with seeing anyone now which makes it hard to keep busy

@Mortigua if you're finding the anxiety is getting out of hand, you might wish to try some guided meditation, there are loads of videos on YouTube which are designed to help you be calm and relaxed, just search pregnancy relaxation meditation and you should find some good ones. I really struggle sometimes with anxiety and they've really been helping me, especially at night to relax enough to sleep.

Thank you, awful isn't it and I think it may mean my body isn't going to go into labour if I can't calm down a bit. Accupuncture did help a bit but still feel it won't happen naturally for me and feel panicky. I've even been looking into changing hospital as I'm not happy with what's being suggested for me and waiting this long.
Will have a look at that, acupuncturist recommended something for pressure points too which I will share on here.
