We've been trying after our mc on 14th Dec.. how long should I wait to test and when will a text show neg?

I've been having heartburn and sore boobs but unsure what is normal.

I had two miscarriages In a row, I tested until it went negative after my miscarriage hen around 1 week later I began with the ovulation tests...
