38 weeks. I had just been starting to gr8 concerned after the baby seemed to be having less strong movements when there was a definite return to normal last night. I had been ill so maybe that's why.
I'm feeling a bit bad having read up on it that I didn't get checked immediately. The movements were normal frequency but felt weaker if that makes sense.

Things are definitely ok now , do I just keep an eye on it and get checked if it happens again or would you ring MAU today regardless? If it was normal working hours I would ring my own midwife but she won't be there.

Ok thanks teaandtoast. I wonder if I am anxious as I keep worrying over stuff and now thinking will I sound silly saying I did think baby was weaker but now it's fine ?
Last time I phoned I had 5 hours wait in a packed waiting room on my own surrounded by couples which I know is totally irrelevant as it's safety that matters but it was awful at the time which I guess makes me scared they will make me go In!

If you notice a difference in movements even a little bit just go in. Always best to be safe. Can't you call your midwife?

I didn't think they would be there but good point perhaps they are since they are a community midwife team- I guess the must have births to attend ! Thanks will do that.
