Growth scan - umbilical artery results

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone knows about the umbilical artery readings taken at a growth scan?

I was referred for an extra scan at 36weeks+3 because the MW suspected baby was Breech. Turns out she's up the right way but now I'm a bit worried about the umbilical artery readings which all are showing normal on the chart but seem to be quite high end of normal.

I had a quick google and it looks like SD ratio should normally be under 3 but I've also seen some saying under 3.5 is fine. I'm reading 3.18. I can't find any information online about what the Tamx should be. And the PI and RI also seem a little on the high side.

Baby is measuring on a chart as following the bottom of the normal size range but seems a little bit on the small size.

Amniotic fluid deepest pool was 4.3cm.

I've attached a photo of the results.

Can anyone put my mind at ease that it doesn't matter these are high end of normal range or if I should mention it to the MW? I wasn't sure if the sonographer interprets the results or waits for the MW to and I don't want to waste her time if it's definitely not a problem.

Pregnancy has been normal so far. Abdominal pains quite bad and today I've suddenly swollen up on my fingers but otherwise no problems.
