Hi, I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and I look like I'm nearly 5 months pregnant, I didn't show with my first until nearly 6months and 4 months with my second, I have been told by friends that it could be bloating or constipation but honestly I'm not constipated at all. And passing wind has not changed I rarely do it. My friend had twins a few years back and said she didn't really show until around 4months, can someone please help or advice.
