Has anyone experienced period like bleeding with clots in early pregnancy and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy/baby?
I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd baby on Friday (4+4wks) but an hour later started to bleed. The bleeding was like my heavy periods but the heavy bleeding was mainly when I sat on the loo and when I wiped rather than on the pad (sorry, TMI!) I bled/spotted for 6 days with very mild cramping/twinges.
Stopped bleeding/spotting 2 days ago and took a test today to check the miscarriage was complete but it said pregnant 2-3 weeks! My last test a week ago said pregnant 1-2 weeks.
I’m now really confused as I was so sure it was a miscarriage as I had one in the summer at 6+5wks.
Not sure whether to be excited or not as I know from my last mc that hcg levels can spike during a miscarriage like it did last time.
Has anyone had bleeding and clots at 4 weeks and everything been ok??
