Hi I have diarrhoea I am 35 and a half weeks pregnant, do I have anything to worry about?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Make sure your hospital bag is packed!

I had it, with vomiting, at 38 weeks and googled a lot. I couldn’t find anything that said it was harmful and on its own could be the start of labour. My little one was fine too.

That said, it felt bloody terrible, so I hope you feel better soon.

As others have said, if you're able to drink (water!), you should be fine. My digestive system doesn't entirely enjoy life, which typically means dirrhoea 3 days a week. it was similar during pregnancy. DD is fine.

Oh god I had the worst tummy upset of my life at approx. 30 weeks, I posted here and the good-people of Mumsnet reassured me it was just a bug, and that no harm would be done. They were right. All was well.

(Though I did poo myself (twice), which was a joy - a mixture of horrendous pukes/upset tummy and relaxin loosening my girdle area... it wasn't pretty).

Glad everything was ok x
