Bump feeling bruised

This is a weird one but for the past couple of days a patch of my bump has felt bruised. There's nothing visible, it's just a vague feeling. I did think I'd bumped it by pulling my chair into the table to quickly and tightly but now I'm convinced the bruisy patch is moving around slightly.

Am I going mad??!

Lol no you aren't going mad. It is probably just where the baby is sticking it's bum out which makes you feel tender. Hence the moving bruise.

Do you mind if I ask how far gone you are? Towards the end of my pg with DD, I felt well and truly bruised inside, I assumed it was due to so much moving around and kicking and I often had 'patches' like you have described but on the whole, it felt like all of the inside of my womb...

27+3. But I am enormous because I also have a 17cm fibroid in there. Might be something to do with that....
