First time mum to be. I am having a hell of a time.. I'm only 7 weeks and having the most horrendous morning sickness. It's really getting me down. Any advice for a first time new mum to be would be welcomed ☹️

I was the same with my first, I was bedridden and couldn’t lift my head, couldn’t drink or speak to anybody! I woke up at 9 weeks and it was gone (other than headaches), it was a very strange feeling! To go from bedridden to being able to walk around. I was still queasy but nothing to moan about.
Just don’t worry because it doesn’t last Flowers try some ginger tea if you’re up to it. Depending how bad you are try not to let yourself go hungry (maybe plain crackers) as it makes it worse... although sometimes it just isn’t possible! I didn’t eat for 3 weeks other than a mouthful of food every few days and my boy is now a beautiful, tall and very smart 11 year old! Flowers

Thank goodness! I've spoken to some people who say it doesn't stop at all and I'm thinking 30 odd more weeks of this I won't cope 😂 especially if I plan to work up until my due date :( I don't think I'll be able to though, I am constantly tired!!
