25 weeks - dizzy and sick

I woke up at 6 this morning and felt fine.

Woke up suddenly at 7, SO dizzy. I stayed laying down until the main part left.

But I had to get up and run to the toilet and I spent an hour being sick. Around 45 minutes of actual sickness, 15 minutes laying on the cold floor.

DH got up with our children and i slept for around an hour.

I've drunk 3 bottles of water (500ml), a lot of it I have thrown up again.. but I've tried! I don't want to get dehydrated.

Now it's nearly 4.. I've been sick a few more times. But I've eaten biscuits, weetabix and now going to try some noodles. Sticking to soft food.

BUT I still feel dizzy and nauseous. I keep going back upstairs as I think I'm going to be sick.

DH has been very good and taking over with the kids. He took them to the shop to buy me bread, bananas and custard haha. They walked in the door and I ran upstairs to be sick!

Baby is fine, been moving around and kicking most of the day.

Sickness isn't new - it never left. But I have been struggling more the last few days.

Has anyone else had this?! What can I do :(

Hi I would contact a midwife if possible the only reason I say this is I woke up at 39 weeks one day feeling quite dizzy I wasn't sick though and it turned out my blood pressure was very high and had to go to hospital.
I don't mean to worry you at all but it might be worth phoning for reassurance or getting checked out

It may be a sickness bug as there seems to be one going around at the moment

I didn't contact anyone yesterday because I could still feel the baby.. but will be phoning my doctors in a few minutes to get an appointment ASAP.

I was reading about it and saw that if you're still being sick last 20 weeks, they'll likely give you antisickness tablets. Which would be great considering I'm still being sick daily!

I went to drs this morning.. she gave me antisickness tablets which have definitely helped today. I haven't been or felt sick at all!!

She said my blood pressure was a little low - but with how much I was sick the day before, she wasn't worried. I couldn't keep much water down even though I drank a lot.

No idea about the dizziness, but luckily I don't feel dizzy anymore! I felt a bit groggy earlier but it's gone now!
