So sick

Does anyone have any tips for sickness?? This is my 3rd pregnancy (one mc, one dc) and I've never been so sick. I had mild nausea with both previous pregnancies but this is something else!
I can't sleep because I'm nauseous, I can't go out on a walk because I find myself heaving every 5 seconds and I'm living off of toast, butter and prenatal vitamins.
Help me, please! Smile

I've been living on junk which i feel bad about - cans of coke give me energy. At least the baby is still small and doesn't need a large amount of nutrients.

I've been lying in bed a lot too - which is quite depressing but makes me feel less bad.

Counting down the weeks until this hopefully passes.

I felt like that. I took phenegran max dose from 5 weeks, 3 tablets a day. I'm now 11 weeks and just take 1 a day, I still feel a little sick at times but so much more manageable and I can eat better Smile

But, phenegran knocked me out, made me light headed and had a really dry mouth. But I'd rather that than throw up

Hope you feel better soon x

Go to GP and get medications. If you're that nauseous and sick, the "normal" remedies just won't work.
The only things that worked for me was cyclizine, ondansetron, flat coke and hula hoops. That was my diet for about 6 weeks in the beginning.
